From the first sip of sparkling on arrival through to the final course, every dish has been crafted to complement a hand-selected range of Devil’s Lair wines. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or simply after a great night out, this is your chance to experience Margaret River at its finest, right here in Kogarah.

About Devil’s Lair

Established in 1981 in Forest Grove, south of the Margaret River township, Devil’s Lair has become one of Western Australia’s most celebrated wine estates. Built on a reputation for impressive quality and meticulous craft, their Margaret River Chardonnay and Cabernet are the benchmark of every vintage. The ancient, nutrient-rich soils in which the Devil’s Lair vines flourish have been forming for thousands of years – and every glass tells that story.

Meet Your Host – Simon Bromilow, Winemaker

Simon Bromilow’s path to winemaking began with a background in horticulture, before a vintage role in 1999 ignited a passion he hasn’t looked back from since. What followed was a career that has taken him across the globe – working vintages in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, France, and Canada.

Simon first arrived at Devil’s Lair in 2011, spending three vintages crafting the wines the estate is renowned for. After a chapter in Oregon’s prestigious Willamette Valley perfecting his Pinot Noir, he returned to Devil’s Lair – and hasn’t left. On the night, Simon will guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories and craft behind every pour.
