Please read these Terms and Conditions of Entry carefully before entering St. George Leagues Club. By entering the premises, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Restrictions:
a. All individuals are welcome to enter the club premises.
b. Individuals who are 18 years or older must sign in using valid identification upon entry.
c. Minors (individuals under 18 years of age) are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
d. Minors are not permitted within any gaming areas at any time.
2. Accepted Identification:
a. The following forms of identification are accepted:
i. Australian Driver’s Licence
ii. Australian Passport
iii. Foreign Passport
iv. Proof of Age Card (issued by an Australian state or territory)
v. Australian Government-issued photo identification card
3. Dress Code:
a. Appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
i. Appropriate attire means presentable clothing and not offensive to other persons.
b. St. George Leagues Club reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not meet the dress code standards.
4. Conduct and Behavior:
a. All patrons must behave in a respectful and responsible manner.
b. Any form of disruptive, violent, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
c. Failure to comply with these standards may result in eviction from the premises.
5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
a. Patrons must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while on the club premises.
b. Any illegal activities or actions that violate local, state, or federal laws will be reported to the authorities.
6. Alcohol and Drug Policy:
a. St. George Leagues Club is committed to promoting responsible alcohol consumption.
b. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed entry into the premises.
c. The club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
d. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
7. Personal Belongings:
a. St. George Leagues Club is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
i. This directly extends to any personal belongings stored by any employee of St. George Leagues Club in the cloakroom or elsewhere.
8. Restriction on Guests Inside 5km Radius:
a. Guests entering the premises must comply with any applicable government restrictions on travel and movement.
b. Guests residing within a 5km radius of the premises may be required to register as a member of St. George Leagues Club in accordance with State law, or be signed in as a guest of a member.
c. A member can sign in any amount of guests.
i. The member must be a current member.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. St. George Leagues Club reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions of Entry at any time without prior notice.
10. Exclusion and Eviction:
a. St. George Leagues Club reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any individual who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or exhibits behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
