Your local club award

The club industry’s premier dining competition is designed to showcase the incredible quality and variety of food on offer at clubs across NSW, highlighting the many talented chefs in the industry. Ambassadors for 2025 are Matt Moran – who visited the Club last year to taste the dish – and Courtney Roulston.

Last year, thanks to your support, the Club was honoured to place second – a proud moment but one that inspired the team to push even harder. The talented chefs have spent the last year refining every detail: slow-cooking, hand-stretching, layering, and creating dishes that are a true labour of love.

This year, the goal is not only to place FIRST, but to create connection, passion and storytelling through food for our valued members and guests.

CHOOSE YOUR DISH

With the competition running for six weeks, there’s plenty of time to taste all three dishes: Braised Lamb Shanks, Tandoori Chicken Pizza and Tiramisu. Whether you enjoy one on each visit, or all three at once as a 3-course meal, the choice is yours.

BRAISED LAMB SHANKS

This year’s hero dish is a classic lamb shank. Made with fresh, local ingredients, it’s slow-braised for 24 hours and served with Paris mash, baby vegetables and rich jus. Hearty, satisfying and perfect for date night or a friends catch up over the cooler months.

TIRAMISU

Simple, traditional and loved by all, this classic Tiramisu is served with fresh berries and makes for a sweet ending to any main meal, or as morning tea over a cuppa with friends. Made fresh in house daily. Available only while stock lasts.

TANDOORI CHICKEN PIZZA

This tasty tribute to Head Chef, Anil’s, Nepalese heritage features tender chicken, zesty yogurt, and fresh onion. Simple, delicious, and fun—it’s perfect for bringing the family together or enjoying with mates whilst watching the footy.
