Entrée 

Witch’s Golden Arancini (v) 

Crisp golden arancini filled with roasted truffled mushrooms and aged Parmesan, served on a rich tomato sugo sauce and finished with shaved Grana Padano.

Midnight Calamari (gf) 

Lightly seasoned calamari, flash fried and served with squid ink aioli, fresh lemon and snow pea tendrils. 

Main Course 

Vampire’s Chicken Kiev 

Golden Crumbed chicken breast filled with garlic and herb butter, served with creamy roasted pumpkin mash, seasonal green beans, sautéed mushrooms and a white wine cream sauce.

Braised Lamb of the Dark Forest (gf) 

Tender, slow-braised lamb shank served on creamy roasted pumpkin mash, seasonal green beans and a rich rosemary and red wine jus.

Ghostly Vanilla Panna Cotta  

Silky vanilla bean panna cotta served with wild berry compote and Persian fairy floss.
